STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I purchased a truck from Steve's back in April of this year. Within 2 months that broke down. I had it diagnosed and was told that the truck was a lemon and It would have been useless to get fixed. I went back to Steve and he wanted me to pay to get it fixed. He told me that he knew some Mexicans that owed him favors and they would fix my truck for cheap. I told him that I couldn't afford that because I am I single mother working from paycheck to paycheck and plus I should have been putting over $2000 into a vehicle that I just bought. Thousands of dollars down the drain. Never again will I consider this place for business!!! The cars here are brought from auctions for very cheap and then overprice.

The statement from [redacted] auto is not true [redacted] has never assistance me in matters concern this vehicle .Yes the vehicle was running but also making noise the day I purchase it. I have a text from [redacted] from the day he first sent me him mechanic number June 23 2014 was that date .I have all receipts from a month later after I bought the vehicle from me not [redacted] trying to find out what the noise was.The only reason I wait this long because my fiance was out the house due to some legal matters for five months and he the one who was with me when I bought the vehicle and after the day the vehicle broke down on the highway and [redacted] telling me he could only give me half the money back I felt as if [redacted] was trying to take advantage of me because I was a woman so I wait for my fiance to return home and I also told [redacted] when he was returning and I would let him deal with the matter. And far as trying to make his business look bad I'm not trying to do that but this is the second vehicle [redacted] has sold me or a family member that something was wrong with . I'm not the only person who has had a problem with [redacted]s auto I'm just the first to speak up.

front end collision accident with the truck and needed help getting parts which I assisted her with at that time. Shortly after the accident [redacted] complained about the truck having issues. I told [redacted] I would assist with the labor if she would purchase the part. My mechanic repeatedly called [redacted] and he said that [redacted] would not call him back. I contacted Jim Harden an investigator for the Wisconsin DMV. Jim replied that I did not have to assist her since the truck was sold "as is" 6 months ago and in an accident. Jim also stated that the issues that she is having are wear items and there is no way to predict the condition of these items, especially after all that has transpired with the truck. I feel I have been more than fair with [redacted] and I also feel that [redacted] might be trying to assassinate the character of [redacted]'s Auto Sales.
