all services were paid for and they came once as a follow up to an incompltely performed service. i have text messages and emails documenting their scheming to overcharge and their lack of responsesi have a credit card statement documenting the charge for the initial servicei already paid $647 minus 150 they refunded methey have no documentation of any additional work being done

Review: Belsito and sons plumbing sent [redacted] to investigate a heating problem and noise coming from our circulator. He replaced the water pump and charged us for 3 hours of labor. After we were given an invoice this problem was corrected and they refunded the extra hour of labor.
However the heating issue was not resolved, and we continued to go without heat for weeks. WE called them back to investigate the issue and initially they said they would not charge if it was related to the original charge. [redacted] came back once to inspect everything, let some air out of the system, and said everything was fine.
We continued to lack heat and they never returned our calls after this.
We enlisted another plumber at this time who found there was significant air in the system and that there was low pressure in the water heaters.
They have now sent us a bill twice for 321 for they're second visit to let air out of the system.
I will not pay this as at this point it is dubious that even the circulator pump needed to be replaced.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop sending me bills I will not pay
