Steve Bourget Rescreening gave me an estimate on 12/6/2024 and required a 50% deposit. I have had many people do screening for me over the last 27 years and this was the first time I had been asked for a deposit. I paid the deposit and was assured that the job would be completed the next week. Next week came and went and Steve would not return any calls all that week. Finally called me up at the end of the week and again assured me the work would be completed Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Again the week came and went and again no work done and no returned calls. Here it is a month later and still no returned calls. Upon researching Steve Bourget Rescreening, it looks like this is the way he operates. Take a 50% deposit and not do the work and ignore any calls. I guess the next step is to take him to court.
Horrible customer service. I originally called and left a message to hire them for some rescreening at my residence. I am a realtor and always looking for QUALITY businesses to refer to my clients.... I didn't receive a return call for days. When I finally did, I gave them a chance to earn my business. The estimate for the work involved seemed fair and I agreed to hire them. The service providers showed up AT DUSK to rescreen???? Doesn't even make sense since there was little daylight and only for a short part of their time at my home. The following day, I noticed that they completely missed a panel with a huge tear in it. I called and left a message. Several days later, left another message....and a third message with no reply. I am tired of dealing with them and feel I should warn all or any of you thinking of using their services. Let's see if I get a reply from this review.....doubtful!
