My apologies for this situation I was not present at the front desk area, so all the information I have is based off this complaint and the note documented in *** ***' chart The complaint states he was minutes late, while our note states minutes We allot a prescribed
amount of time that is necessary to properly complete treatment Our note also states the *** ***' said that he did not have any issues concerning rescheduling this appointment Therefore, I am not completely clear in regards to the exact nature of the events that occurred Again, I am sorry my office manager was rude, I will address this issue Best wishes *** *** *** ***
