I had 6 slider windows 7700 series installed by Steve Clausing Construction and they were 100% perfect from first meeting ,the installation and communication . The windows are professionally installed and I love them and the company . Highly recommend . What a great staff to work with . Left job site clean and neat .

New odd sized windows at our lake home.[redacted] did one heck of a job! They look great A very professional job done well.

Review: I purchased four exterior, steel doors to be installed. During inspection after installation I discovered the front door had a 1/4" outside diameter by 3" deep hole in the top, center of the door (above the half moon glass). The response by the contractor was to just fill the hole with wood putty or caulk. This is unacceptable for a new door to have a large hole in it and to just cover it up.Desired Settlement: The front door should be replaced.

I talked to our [redacted] distributor this mourning,11-27-13. He just got off the phone with a representative at the [redacted] factory. The hole in question is on the top edge of the door, (like where you would wipe your finger checking for dust). The hole was put there to aid them at the factory in the finishing of the door, (hanging & rotating the door). Usually it's on the bottom, it depend's on the model door, in this case it need's to be on the top. My response at the time was I'm sure it has something to do with the manufacturing process of the door. I can put a dab of caulking on it can if you like but I know it's not necessary.
