Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First of all, I am a manI have never claimed to be a woman or changed my gender in my lifeAnyway, the first order was smooth as I have mentioned although the color was offBut the current order in question was simply horribleI had to talk to somebody TWICE after filing this complaint, and it took a month for a simple order to be completedThe person admitted the company should have contacted, and repeated his apologies, but it does not mean anything if they can't deliver service or items customers paid forThey made absolutely no effort whatsoever to contact meThey did send me one of the items ONLY I COMPLAINED THE PERSON ON THE PHONE, and I did *NOT [redacted] receive the second itemI waited for a few days, but I had to callThen the person I talked to the last time said he had not done it because he needed to do something with oilHe also gave me half-hearted apology with this time as wellJust like the the first part of this order, no contact was madeNo email, no call, or no message through the portal they haveNone! If they can't communicate with customers, then they should not be in business to begin with Sincerely, [redacted]

This customer has ordered from us on a couple occasionsIt shows that she placed an order on 7-10-2017, and then was happy enough to place another order more recentlyWe had some recent issues with orders coming through [redacted] , and we were not getting the orders or getting messages associated with the orders for the week she placed her orderI do see that our customer service team did reach out to her on 10-She placed an order for a pick that has a long lead time 4-weeks, so her orders are not yet due to ship as this is a custom orderPlease let me know if there is still an issue to address as her order is still in production and scheduled to ship during the lead time.
