We have made several trips to customers home, customer was satisfied with installation when we completed it almost a year agoWe believe Customers existing soil conditions and placement of yard on a hillside are causing movement in yard and forcing seams to pull apartAS gaps in seams were not present at time of completionWe installed the required 3-4" of Class II base but we cannot control customers soil movement and hillside conditions.Customer also has hired other companies to work on the yard and therefore released us of our liability's in doing so, he has provided us with name of company and we believe they are not CSLB licensed or insured as customer has not provided information to usWe cannot be held liable for customers slope, and existing soil conditions which we feel are causing the movement in his yard and pulling seams apartIf such seam issues existed a year ago customer would have never paid us in full

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below home turf claims soil is shifting, that’s a new excuse, at first it was because of heat and the turf shrinks and expands? we brought in another company for their opinion and what was the solution, they found that all the seam were cut to short, so the more we walk on it the more it pulls apart, they would not touch it! they could do nothing as there is not enough to material work with, they said the cure is to remove all and start over.Home turf has made numerous attempts to fix, it only looks worse after they hack at it againI can send photos if you like < yes its that bad, shows how bad the seams are, you can see the black tape they used on seams.> putting green is really bad, you can plainly see the tape, I would say the gap is half to three quarters of inch, around edges, a disaster at bestI paid $13,for this? I think a full refund is in order Thank you [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Home turf made has made as they several trips over past year and a half to try and repair, always managing to make it worse, always with a different excuse why the seams look terrible, why the putting green has a one inch gap between the putting green and the grass< you can plainly see the black tape they used> the hill shifting? is a new one! what hill? it is almost all level, and surrounded by small block wall, no way it is shifting! yes we did call another turf company for second opion, their conclusion was that all the seams were cut to short and there was not enough material to stretch and nail down, they think the only way to cure is start overAS for me being satisfied? never, started calling about seams with in a month of install, yes it looked good until we started to use it, then the seams being cut to short started to pull apart, can send photos if you like or other est., or come and view it yourself, the problems are very evident to the naked eyeHome turf should replace it all, or pay some one else to correct this mess

The ground is shifting and causing separation at the seams if the job was poorly done from the beginning why did the customer pay us in full? We have been out several times to no avail with bringing resolution to the customers issues. I have no idea who he has hired to work on this job since we left. We do not do soils reports on jobs prior to installing nor does any turf company. We cannot control the earths movements. I imagine the large amount of rains we have been getting has caused soil under our base to expand and contract from being saturated then drying out.

we have made several attempts at contacting customer so we can resolve and left several messages. We can not get through?
