Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
This company did not notify us of any damage at allThe
customer is the one who called our company when he received his vehicles to let
us know of the damages he found on both of themAt that point, our dispatcher
contacted the carrier & spoke to Mallory to let her know the customer was
complaining of damages to his vehiclesOur dispatcher asked Mallory if their
driver did a BOL and she said they did but they were still on the road so she
would have to send the BOL once the drivers got backThe dispatcher told her
that both of the drivers signatures had to be on the BOL to prove an inspection
was done to relieve their company of any liability
When we received the faxed BOL there was only a signature
from their driver and not one from the original driver at allWe explained to
her that because both signatures were not on there that that made both
companies responsible since there would be no way of telling when the damage
occurred and who is to say that their driver didn’t fill out the BOL after he
took possession of the vehicles
We also told them if they could not locate the original
driver to do an inspection, they should have immediately called our company to
let us know of the damages BEFORE they loaded them and also had their driver
take pictures to show damages so they would not be help partly liableThey did
not do eitherThey are claiming they notified us of all of this which is
absolutely not trueWe were the ones who called them initially to let them
know there was damage to the customers vehicles
Our dispatch instructions that is sent to each carrier when
we dispatch and the carriers accept an order which acts as a contract which
clearly states that a BOL needed to be done and signed by both parties on pick
up and delivery and if they had time to pick up keys for both vehicles and the
original check that was given to the first driver, then why did they not have
time to do an inspection that every carrier in this business is suppose to do
before loading?
This dispatch contract is attached
We feel that since neither driver did what they know they
are suppose to do, then that should make both companies responsible for paying
half of the estimated costs for this customer to get his vehicles fixed, since
there is no way of knowing when the damages actually occurred
Original carrier has agreed to this but Steve Guyers company
is still denying even though they are just as fault in the matter
Customer has now hired a lawyer and will be pressing
charges and going after the carriers for not doing what they are suppose to do
to prove who caused the damages
Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:In order to bring this case to justice, we really appreciated Revdex.com effort to resolve the dispute and dishonor the business with commercial malpracticeWe will also consult with MD State Police and MD HWY patrol dept for the resolution since the Towing company claimed that they are under contract with local Police and MD state police deptI obviously doubt that their business practice comply with police regulation.

6/11/2015Good Day,
We received a notice, advising that a complaint had been lodged against our CompanyWe are aware of this customer's dispute, and have attempted to address it with the customer directlyUnfortunately, they are only providing one, much altered, side of the
story. This dispute pertains to a Tow & Recovery service we provided, at the request of the MD State Police, due to a tractor trailer being disabled in the middle of the roadWhen the State police or other Government Agencies call us, we are under their direct supervision, operate under their regulations, and provide service with rates & method of payment determined by themWe have no control regarding the rates charged for police tows/recoveriesWe do require, for payments made via credit card, for card be physically present, something this customer was unable/unwilling to doThis customer in particular was overly difficult at the scene, created a hazardous environment for the towing professionals, as well as the state highway workers and MD State police on sceneWhile we appreciate this customer's complaint, however unfounded, it is being directed at the wrong individual/agencyThank you,
Steve G

I am rejecting this response because:We are glad that we finally got the response from this party; however they did not tell the truthThe owner of the business, Steve had forced us to pay either cash or Com check( which consider as cash in trucking industry), which they never mentioned before performing the towing serviceThe truck was broken down because of faulty battery, which we had "*** ***" to provide the roadside service on 5/13/We even asked "*** ***" to charge us additional $to pay for the towingThe owner of Steve Geyer's Towing, Steve even refused to get the payment from "*** ***" and insisted to tow our truck back to their yard for $additionalThis company has numerous negative feedback from ***, yet they paid for taking off from the website, which is evidence for hiding their inappropriate business practice. Moreover, when the tow truck approached us, we specifically told the driver that we had faulty battery, which caused the break downWe asked the truck to be towed to local truck shop for repairingInstead of towing to the local truck shop, the truck was towed the parking lot of the scale station right by the FWY ***The tow truck driver want to leave our driver and truck there, which was not the service we asked forWe asked to be towed to the local shop, yet Steve refusedThe location of the scale station was in the middle of nowhereWe afraid that driver is not going to get the helpThe negotiation back and forth between Steve and me, which triggered his antagonism. We are attaching the Motel invoice which was paid by our driver's credit cardOur driver did have credit card with him for pyaing $towing service, but Steve lied to get him off the disputeAdditionally, we have attaching the roadside service invoice, performed by "*** ***", who agreed to help us pay for the towing service, yet Steve refusedFinaaly, we are attaching the invoice issued by Steve Geyers Towing service to prove that they do charge us $for miles distance.

07/09/2015Good Day,Please be advised that, due to the libelous & defamatory statements made by the complainants, we have referred this matter to our attorneyAny further communications pertaining to this complaint should be directed to their officeWhile we appreciate Revdex.com's efforts to resolve this issue, the lack of support of a business, with a history of providing a high level of service to the area, for over years, is quite disappointingOur attorney's information is listed below.Sincerely,Steven GOwner
