Revdex.com spoke to Steve at business and the following was relayed:We changed the liner in her poolWe had to come back to change the pumpThe electrician was running late, she was informed of this, and he did show up at 7pm and hooked it upWhen I showed up her boyfriend had attempted to fix the pump
and get the sand out himselfThere were several pieces missing which was not from our doingI was not aggressive with the pump, it happens to weigh lbsand takes a lot to move it aroundI did offer the consumer $to resolve thisIn actuality, $was left in her mailbox and a follow up communication with her boyfriend confirmed that the matter was resolved
