On August 31, I took my Toyota 4Runner to Toyota of Plano for an oil change and recall of dashboardOn the same day my service adviser called to inform me that I needed to replace these parts
VALVE COVER GASKET IS LEAKING WILL REPLACE THE SPARK PLUGS
POWER STEERING RACK AND PINION IS LEAKING HAVE TO DO AN ALIGNMENT WITH THE REPAIR
POWER STEERING FLUID EXCHANGE
REAR BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS RESURFACED
OIL PAN
TRANSMISSION FLUID FLUSH
surprisingly, one hour later the other service advisor who shares the same office space was informing the customer the same parts replacementApparently they are here to rip off people
The next day I picked up my vehicleI had just pulled out of the parking lot when I noticed my windshield has a crack
I spoke with the service department manager who is truly does not know how to talk to the customerHe refused to replace my cracked windshield Time to find a reputable, competent service departmentToyota of Plano must be closed down
On my previous visit I noticed my service light was still on after oil changeHow does a vehicle leave a service department with the "Maintenance Required" light on and no one within the service department notice

FRANKLIN HOMES WENT OUT OF BUSINESS, AND I AM LEFT WITH REPLACING A ROOF ON A BRAND NEW 2 YEAR OLD HOUSE. THE PROBLEM IS THIS IS ALWAYS A ONE TIME BUY, AND WHEN ITS A ONE TIME BUY, THEY DONT EXPECT YOU TO COME BACK AND BUY ANOTHER. SO THEIR SALES AND SERVICE ARE VERY POOR. HUD WILL NOT EVEN HELP YOU. I HAVE SPENT ALOT OF TIME AND MONEY WITH ATTORNEY, AND STILL LEFT OUT IN THE COLD. I AM REPLACING A ROOF ON A NEW HOUSE MYSELF. BE AWARE AND DO NOT PURCHASE A HOUSE FROM THESE PEOPLE OR FRANKLIN HOMES. AND FRANKLIN HOMES ARE NOW FRANKLIN STRUCTURES, WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY WILL CHANGE THEIR NAME TO NEXT, TO GET OUT OF WARRANTY WORK ON YOUR HOUSE.
