I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12586463, and have determinedthat this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
Steve Hagopian is not telling it as it happened. They came out and cleaned my sectional and when it dried I noticed the damage all over, small holes and pulled threads. I called them back and they sent out another tech who recleaned only one cushion of the sectional where some of the damage was and could not fix it as the material was damaged and no recleaning was going to help. They then turned it over to their insurance company (***) who sent out a claims adjustor who took pictures and said it was definitely damaged beyond repair. We asked what the next step was and he said he would make out his report an turn it over to *** who then would cut us a check. I then got a call from *** who said the damage could not have been caused by anything Steve Hagopian did and they were denying the claim. I called Steve Hagopian back again and was told that there was nothing they could or would do. I am so sorry I ever went with this company and if I had read all the bad reviews they had before I had them come out I would never have hired them to clean my upholstery

After cleaning The sectional in question Mrs [redacted] said there was an issue with it, so We sent sent another  Tech out to reclean the sectional, after which the client stated we ruined her Upholstery, I sent it as a claim to our insurance company. and, after their investigation notified our...

company and the client that they did not believe we were responsible for the damage. I Called  our client and told her we were in agreement with the findings of the insurance of the insurance company but, as a good will gesture I would refund her cleaning cost. she threatened to  file a claim and use social media to discredit our company.
