Review: I went into Steve hahns on July 11, 2015 to purchase a 2009 Audi A4. They said I need to put $1500 down which I did and also noted a nail I the tire and had someone repair it before we left. On July 18, 2015 the tire that had a nail in it popped and I had to buy a new tire. The only place in town that had the tire that matched the other 3 was Coatco and it cost me $176. I then took it to Firestone in Yakima, Wa to put it on and they said the alignment was off due to the tire popping while I was driving. I had them fix the alignment and my total bill with them was $266. I then received a call from leaving from the Steve Hahn dealership and he asked me to come in. When I came in he told me there was a mistake and he could not finance me for the car unless I put $6,500 down that day. I told him I did not have that much money and he told me they would have to take the car back. I told him I wanted to be reimbursed for the $176 for the tire and $266 input in the car thinking it was my car. He told me to give him copies of receipts and he would process a refund. I brought in the receipts the next day and he told one of his guys to leave it on his desk but I was not issued a refund. He said he would get back to me that same day and he never did. I asked to speak to his boss and they refused to let me.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the money back that I put into the car that they took back. I do not think it is fair that I put money into a car that they mistakenly thought they could finance me for.

We have informed the consumer the check can be picked up in our office located at [redacted], on Monday August 3rd. The consumer stated they will pick up the check on Monday, August 3rd, 2015.Should you have any questions or need more information, please do not hesitate to contact me. I took my sons [redacted] in for an inspection, he had just purchased it used from a private party. I was told the car was dangerous to drive due to front end issues, along with other issues. They wanted over $3,000 to repair. I was not provided an itemized list. No mention was made of cracked windshield or that there was a problem with a couple other items. We took the car to a front end specialist, there was nothing wrong with the front end, further investigation showed that none if the work they said needed to be done was needed,in fact a local import car shop said that all that was recommended by Hahn there was nothing wrong. I attempted to contact the GM, [redacted], who finally called me back three weeks later, told him what happened, he apologized said he would look into it and call me in a couple days. That was three months ago and no call back. I attempted to contact the owner, [redacted], he also has failed to contact. Will never do business with them again. I was also informed by [redacted] of America that Steve Hahn's was not an authorized repair center yet they said they were.

Review: this is the 2nd time I have contacted Revdex.com and the business continues to mail junk mail in my name to me. DO NOT share my email with the business. Last time they got my email from the Revdex.com complaint and added it to their email marketing list. the Revdex.com closed the case even though the company did this and has continued to mail solicitations amd refuses to stop. I have requested they stop in person many times, emailed, called, and filed a previous complaint and they continue. This is illegal and unfair.Desired Settlement: NO contact of any sort by business. Stop all mail and marketing. Do not contact me. do not contact me directly about this complaint-go through the Revdex.com.

Revdex.com,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Regards,

Review: I left a deposit in the amount of $1,000 with Steve Hahn Motors (a Mercedes-Benz dealer) to order a vehicle. When the vehicle was delivered to the dealership from the manufacturer, the dealer refused to sell the vehicle to me (the customer) and thus breached the original order contract. Worse yet, the dealer refused to refund the deposit to me.Desired Settlement: A refund of deposit

Response:

[redacted],

A followup on our conversation concerning exporters and a special order vehicle. Our position is this vehicle was ordered under false pretenses therefore a refund of 1000.00 dollars will not be returned. The dealership is subjected to a number of different cost because of this persons actions.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Dear [redacted]l:

Complaint was filed October 09 - [redacted] was given until October 25th to reply, but you closed my complaint

after 7 days?

First of all I did try to purchase vehicles at [redacted]s TWICE, but their choice was limited and they refused to special

order color a car from Germany that I wanted -- yes -- so I did purchase vehicles out of town.

I have tried to get most of my service done at these dealers. [redacted] is an excellent dealership to deal with, but the only problem is that Bellevue is 140 miles from Yakima over a 3,000 ft mountain pass. I wish [redacted] was closer to our house.

Is there a law in USA that customers only can get their cars serviced at Purchase Dealerships ??

The last vehicle a 2010 Volkswagen CC was purchased at [redacted] in August of 2010 - but light bulbs started to burn

out with messages at 4,000 miles -- [redacted] did replace some light bulbs, but the problem was a defective wiring

harness that was finally taken care of under warranty at [redacted] VW in Bellevue 23,000 miles.

I did purchase an extended warranty for this car from my finance company USAA / ASSURANT -- REQUIRING THAT THE CAR is REPAIRED AT AN AUTHORIZED VW Service !! The check engine light came on during a road trip from

Coeur D Alene to Pullman and back to Yakima on Sunday. So I did bring it to [redacted] VW for diagnostics

after calling for an appointment-- and was told by [redacted] that this items would be covered under my

EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH USAA. I did check with [redacted] and they recommended that I should have the local

dealer make the AUTHORIZED EXTENDED WARRANTY REPAIR, since I had been driving for a while with the check engine light on yellow already.

Left the car there on Monday September 9th - was told it was ready on Wednesday Sept. 11th. Did try to pick up car,

but check engine light was still on - drove it never out of parking space. I was POLITE when I returned keys to Service Manager [redacted]. Also Service Technician confirmed that the problem still existed. I left the car at

[redacted]s until evening of Monday, Sept. 16TH -- STILL NOT REPAIRED!! My husband called [redacted] and told

him we needed car to move son to college -- and they agreed to complete repair LATER. Then I waited to make

appointment since [redacted] mentioned that a few people were out -- made appointment on phone with [redacted] for

FRIDAY Sept. 27th. When I tried to drop off car on 26th I was told by [redacted], that her got orders from [redacted]

no longer to accept service orders from me -- no reason given - I drove off the lot, but I did ask to be told the

REASON for not COMPLETING the service in writing at the service department. No Yelling, no foul language.

After that - I did call VW of America on Friday Sept. 27th morning for HELP to get repair FINISHED

especially since the car was running rough and the engine light had started to blink on and off ( If the 'check

engine light' turns red the book says - get the car towed !! - per VW maintenance book).

I was afraid to get stranded with an INCOMPLETE REPAIR and a bit frustrated about WHY car was not

finished the first time I did drop if off for an extended warranty repair estimated at 4.9 hours for one WHOLE WEEK ?

Feel free to check with VW of America - [redacted] Mgr. - [redacted] was not forthcoming with a reply

to them for quite a while. I received several calls from VW of America that they had not been able to get a hold of

[redacted] and they had to wait for an answer from him. That was the reason why I contacted BB on October 9th.

I was neither verbally abusive with VW of America nor [redacted]s Service Department. For your information,

I brought in healthy snacks twice for [redacted] - he was really trying to fix the problem on this CC.

My husband dropped off car on OCTOBER 16th and REPAIR was finally finished and returned on October 23rd

-- repair started on September 9th ?? Car is running fine now - gas mileage is improved - no more lights blinking.

I consider this refusal of completion in the repair an unreasonable delay and I still want to know the reason I am no longer allowed on the dealership - we own three VW's at this time?

Sincerely,

cell: ###-###-####

email: [redacted].com

PS: Question -

If I should need immediate repair on any of our cars in the future, do I need to get them towed to another dealership ??

WHY ??

After purchasing FIVE new VW's - WHY does my husband have to take care in for service ??

Re: Customer Complaint from [redacted]

Dear [redacted]:

I will briefly cover the phone information left with Revdex.com. As stated, [redacted] purchased previous vehicles from out of town Dealers. We have been her servicing Dealer, and have asked her to please consider us for her future purchases.

Once again [redacted] arrived with a new vehicle purchased elsewhere, and became demanding on her service problems. With her demands and lack of support for our Dealership, we made a decision and asked [redacted] to take her servicing problems to the Dealer she purchased the vehicle from. At this point, she called Volkswagen Of America and became so abusive with them, they verbally endorsed our decision.

We are currently dealing with [redacted], and have no problems.

Sincerely,

Review: Steve Hahn's kia dealership is so unprofessional it is amazing. I have had a few instances with this company that have left me with a sour taste for them. The most recent is my husband and I returned our leased 2011 Kia Sportage to their store and were helped by [redacted]. She walked us into the dealer store and had us sit at the couch on the wall while she went to talk to someone regarding returning the car. After five minutes she returned with a yellow legal pad to get our name and contact number. She had us hand over the keys and said that's it. I asked her are you sure and we don't need to sign anything? She said no and sent us on our way. Today I spoke with another Kia rep from the Spokane area and he said oh no, you should have had a conditions list with odometer reading and condition of the car. Our car was returned in excellent condition with no dents, scratches or any defects what so ever. We spent hours and money detailing the car to make sure it was nice and clean for the next people. I feel I should have been given some kind of paperwork saying we did return this car and I was legally released from this car. As it sits right now I am worried about that fact and also the condition of the car after we left it. I will not be held responsible if anything has happened to it. I have contacted Kia's headquarters as well. I want this car out of our names and I want the assurance this has been taken care of.Desired Settlement: I want in writing that we are released from this car and there were no defects what so ever.

Response:

[redacted],

On saturday Jan. 4th the customer returned a Kia leased vehicle that had been purchased from a different dealer. They approached a sales person at the dealership who is not involved with lease returns nor

was the Kia salesmanager available to go thru the paper work. As a courtesy we accept returns on the weekend but the paper work must be done by the correct people during the week. This particular customer was

extremely rude to a phone person and used profanity when we were only trying to help. We have saved a recording of her abuses in the event you would care to hear them, at Steve Hahns we feel all customers are

extremely important but I have to say this is not a customer we care to do business with.
