They deserve Less than a one star .....I never received a reimbursement check for a event I did not attend. They decided to change the venue to a new location , I've already been to the location of change and I was told I was going to get my money back because I didn't want to go back to the same vacation spot that I already had went to. I've been trying to get my money back for almost a year....I would never attend any event Generated by Steve Harvey's staff.

I was charged for services I did not get to use. I had a contract that was not fulfilled per contract I agreed to. I want a refund of my money spent.
Myself and my husband purchased 2 tickets for the Steve Harvey sand and soul festival on March 27, 2019 for Punta Cana for the dates October 10th thru October 14th, 2019. The total amount for the trip was 5155.92, 381.92 was the deposit and the remainder 4774.00 was paid for on 03/27/2019. The venue for the trip was changed (unknowingly by me or my husband) to Cancun, Mexico. I never received any notification of the change by email or phone from the company, instead I heard through word of mouth about the change from a friend on August 12, 2019. On that same day 08/12/2019 I called the merchant by phone and email to inform them that I did not want to go to Mexico and requested a refund of the total purchase price since I wouldn't be getting what I paid for (trip to Punta Cana). After repeated calls to the company, my deposit was refunded to my husband's credit card but my total of 4774.00 was not. In mid-September I filed a complaint with my credit card company and explained what happened. After it was investigated by my credit card company, I was informed that the Steve Harvey representative told them I missed the cut off date of 08/12/2019 to file for a refund and my credit card company said that I should contact the merchant directly for further assistance. I have a problem with that because I was never contacted in the first place to be able to request a refund, the Steve Harvey company never informed me of a change of venue or a refund date by phone or email. I continued to call and email every other day in an effort to get my money back and I eventually heard back with a email stating that I was indeed on the refund list and I would receive the rest of my money but no date was ever given as to when. Up to this date I have never heard back from anyone and I have never been credited for the amount back to my credit card.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have my money returned to the credit card I used to purchase a trip to Punta Cana, which was changed to a Cancun Mexico. Without my consent or knowledge, I didn't agree to changing the venue.

I never received my refund after being told I am on the list. I called weekly and emailed. Steve said live on his show that we would get our refund.
I been calling since August to receive my refund. I had a deposit of 198.00 and paid additional 1100.00. My order #XXXXX. I spoke with several CS agents they said you are on the list for your refund. Then I called the week before the trip they said we will be refund your monies after the trip. There are a lot of people who is experiencing the same thing. I been on his website posted. Called the number no one is answering now. He changed the location I didn't want to go to Mexico. They trying to force you to go somewhere you don't want to go. Its so sad that they are giving people the run around like this. I have reached out to so many sources to no avail. I called weekly before the trip 3 times and emailed weekly as well. Steve Harvey said live on his morning show refunds would not be an issue.

We where suppose to go to the DR but they change the trip of course with all the deaths I didn't want to go. I surely didn't want to go to MEXICO either.

All I asking if they please return my monies .

I would like my refund and deposit ASAP as they promised.

I SENT EMAILS DAILY I CALLED THEY REFERED ME TOO ANOTHER EMAIL. NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

I have requested a refund for my deposit months ago. Still have not received.
Around June 20th I requested a refund. All but the deposit was returned. It appears there are 2 order #s:XXXXX and XXXXX. Only funds from 1 order number has been refunded. The original order number was canceled early on due to an incorrect room size. The $198.00 from the original order still not refunded. Numerous phone calls and emails sent. I have been told no expected date. I have waited long enough.

Desired Outcome

$198.00 refunds in 1 week.
