Our plumber went to the customer's home to repair a yard leak at the water valve. He was able to determine the location of the leak and dug up the area in the yard. Once exposed, the plumbing technician explained to the customer that someone had previous made a repair with illegal
parts. He further explained that we can not make the repair the customer requested by going back with the same illegal parts. He explained that the only way we could complete the work was by repairing the leak properly with industry approved parts. He also provided a bid for $for this work. He also told the customer he would not be able to get the required parts until the following day. However, the customer said he did not want to pay $for the work. Our technician was able to temporarily close the leak to irrigation line with using fittings. The water was already shut off, so our technician offered to leave his personal T Handle Meter Tool so the customer could manually turn the water on & off as needed while he decided what he wanted to do about the leak. But, the customer said he already had one. We are sorry that Mr*** was not satisfied with his plumbing experience. We do strive to make every customer happy with their experience with our company. We realize that misunderstanding do occur with both parties. In good faith, we contacted the customer, apologized for any misunderstandings and explained that we will refund $immediately as per his complaint.
