They are not handling a mold infestation properly at all. I am very concearned. They shut down our master bathroom for three weeks now, and have an industrial fan inside of it, they dont mind that were paying for the electric to run it as well as the window being open for three weeks now. My father in law and I are experiencing dauily migranes, respritory issues as well as rashes.We have explaind this to them and they still do not find a reason to fix things with ammacable timing. they maintenence they sent out has a 200.00 limit so therefore he left immediately saying we did not have a leak! But when the plumbers came next to our request they found a leak low and behold behind the toilet wall in the master bath. From constantly requesting this to be checked for months now they have allowed the leak to travel through the walls to my father in laws bathroom where mold is covering his tile floors and beyond. If we had not requested someone besides their maintenence [redacted], sadly the owner would be in a world of hurt with the mold uncontrollably traveling through the walls and the leak was actually saturating the walls in certain areas with water coming to the exterior of them. [redacted] unfortunatly has been no help to us, we believed they were reputable but have found out quite the opposite. The owner being displeased with the way they are treating us. As well as the office lady [redacted] has been no help but actually causing more fustration, not caring that weve all been suffering migranes, and respritory issues after 1 month to two months after moving in.I cannot believe they are unwilling to compensate us for having to condemn our master bathroom, and the four of us are sharing one toilet, the reason we got a two bathroom was to accomodate the four of us, having to all use the restroom at the same time, now we all wait in line for toilet privelage as well as showers. When running the shower in the guest bathroom the steam heats up the mold and you breath in a constant mildew/mold steam while showering, not to mention smelling the mole all the way out in and through the entire house, they have not taken care of us in any way, and do not care that on top of everything this could cause birth defects to our unborn baby in my stomach. very worried about what they could be doing to other tennants without the owners of these homes knowing whats going on inside of their homes. Very dissatisfied with their services, communication, because we never recieve response from [redacted] when she says shell get back to us. and she also says she doesnt owe us compensation, in her most recent email to us after asking for her managers info :she basically said that if we were the owners we wouldn't expect ourselfs to cover others electric etc.
