several times in an effort to resolve the issues. The main issue with the vehicle is caused by the add on remote start that Chrysler is having a problem with and are not able to give a resolution at this time. We have removed the remote start and will refund Mrs. [redacted] the amount she paid for that. Once an updated remote start is available we have offered to contact Chrysler on her behalf to ask for some assistance towards the purchase for her inconvenience. Sent on: 9/19/2015 1:02:34 PM

Regards,
[redacted] The business ([redacted], the head manager) has promised me that they will get me a Dodge Charger at the dealership cost in order to replace the Dodge Dart since there were more problems with the Dart than just the remote start. They have told me that they are looking around for a Dodge Dart and will take my car as a trade in since it is considered a lemon now since it has been in the shop so many times within less than 6 months of having it. They promised me that they would not cheat me on the price of my Dart but would give me a fair value for it since it is not my fault they sold me a lemon. They tried to put me in a 2014 Dodge Charger that has a lot wrong with it including but not limited to the Charger having been in 2 wrecks and been sold at action twice, it having a sticker that says no warranty but then another sticker that says warranty. It has over 29,000 miles on it and my Dart only has a little over 1,000 miles on it. Their ([redacted]) Carfax site says the car has over 52,000 miles on it so I don’t know what to believe. The Charger has 2 service records out on it and has a safety recall on it. The Carfax site says the car is worth $1040 less than blue book. And other things. They said they are in the process of finding me a Dodge Charger that has low miles on it and a remote start and big screen with all the features my Dart has. I am not happy with them telling me they can’t find a Charger that would fit my needs after they promised they would find one for me. I am not happy with their response because of everything that has happened with my Dart and now everything else that has been happening as well as what they have been promising me and I will not be happy until they follow through with their promises. I think them trying to resolve this matter with the Revdex.com is just a way of them trying to back out of their promises. They even lost my key that goes into my key bob for my Dart and are blaming it on me. No, to me this complaint is not resolved and won't be resolved until they have followed through with their promises of getting me a Challenger with everything they said it would have at the dealership costs. I paid $20,000 for my Dart and have found on the Carfax site (not [redacted]) a 2015 with all the features I want and only 10 miles on it for only $22,000 and that is what I want, something like that. I will not settle for anything less since this is what they promised me. They also told me the payments for a Charger might be a little higher but not much and I told [redacted] today that we weren't even able to look at any other car when we first went in to purchase our car because we said with our good credit we wanted around $250.00 a month payments. If they would have showed us a Charger when we went in like we said we wanted we may have been able to work with a little higher of a payment but they didn't. They didn't even give us the price we were purchasing it at until we were in the finance office (even though we asked them several times what the numbers were), they just kept telling us that they would give them to us but never did. The first sales person said they had a date they had to get to and the second sales person acted like they didn't even want to help us. I don't have time to keep fooling around with their games. I have a busy life with work and school and home. I would like this matter resolved with the promises they promised me and to what they have told me they would do for me.

While the last two phone calls made between myself and this business were pleasant, my cars issues were not fixed when it was there. They reprogrammed my key fob so it would work but I still had the difficulties with the headlights and fog lights not working and the other electrical glitches. I am experiencing engine/transmission issues now and I have an appointment on the 28th with yet another dealership to have it looked at and hopefully fixed. This is my third time having my car looked at since it was at Steve Jones being looked at and they had it for almost two weeks and couldn't figure out anything other than the key fob. I want a car that works for the money that i'm spending. This is not fair and this car is most definitely a lemon. I am extremely unsatisfied and want a vehicle that is not in the shop constantly. I'm tired of driving loaner cars and worrying about the safety of my little boy when driving the Jeep. Please PLEASE get me into a vehicle that is dependable and safe!!!!!
Regards,
[redacted]

have spoken to Mrs. [redacted] several times and we believe we were available to handle the issues. We have had her vehicle picked up and fixed, we had her trade pick up from her yard and we spoke to her again about the license plate process. We understand her frustration with the issues the vehicle has had and we will give her top priority if any other issues should come up. Sent on: 9/19/2015 12:46:28 PM
