from day one with this dealership it's been heckThe first vehicle we fought water leaks / issues that they agreed to repair on signing for vehicle After the water leaks had gotten to the point of shorted out electrical on shifter / dash board, rust under carpet and mold growing which was very dangerous for my little boy at the time and pregnant wife they finally got us into another jeep which was MORE money on our part Always paying more more more with these guys for the crap they sellSo I went on with it and again we have fought them and dealt with crappy service on mechanical issues following with this current vehicleTook them a week before finally without me initiating the call to let me know the issueOkayFix itWell they were waiting on a radiator hose which was the only part they didn't haveThinking everything else should be done I said forget the hose I need my vehicleI'll do it myselfApparently they hadn't even done the other thingsFinally day nine my wife goes and picks up the vehicleI check it out after workIt wasn't idling rightVacuum hose was left off under hoodAlso the automatic air control was either blazing hot or ice cold no in between like out model vehicle is equipt withVery frustrated Also they didn't tell me that the right rear axle was leaking which is covered under warrantyWhich if I knew that I wouldn't have wasted the trip 1hour away to pick it upSo now we are waiting to get the vehicle back to them to fix what they didn't fix to begin with and more issues This is why I have NEVER bought from or dealt with dealerships in the pastI have learned my lessonThey are a rip off that offer poor service I'm therally disappointed and trying to get ahold of corporate to see why I don't do reviews quickly but I'm tired of the run around and always a cost on our partIf I could hand the vehicle back and walk away from it all I would In a heartbeat

My name is Shaquilla B. and I am 22 years old. On February 10 2016 I went to Steve landers with a friend to help her find a vehicle. I wanted one myself but I knew that I would be overstepping my financial means. I met a man named Todd D. who was a car salesman who told me he could find a way to keep me within my budget so I agreed to some terms. So did he. I knew that my credit wasn't the best nor did I have any auto history but he said I should tell him my terms. I told him I did not want a car note exceeding 500 dollars and if I could not get that I needed my sales tax to be included because I could not afford to pay them all at once. I also repeatedly told him I did not want a new vehicle. Dobbins ran my credit and came back with good and bad news. He told me I could receive financing but only if I recieved a new car. He also told me my car note would be around 518.00. If they we're to include my sales tax it would go up to 608.00. That night I agreed to those terms. The next day I returned with everything they told me I had to bring and I signed my contract. Mark L. was the person I signed with and he explained that my car note would go up to 643.60 with taxes. I said okay and drove my car home on temporary tags. I was told that I had to wait 3 weeks until I received my paperwork for my tags and I asked if I came back there to get them. Mr. L. told me I would go to the revenue office to get them so I thought okay fine. My paperwork arrived 1 month and 1/2 afterwards almost 2. Once I recieved it I did what he said and went to the office closest to home. Once there I was told that my sales tax wasn't included. I was told to call Landers and get the mistake fixed. For weeks I was given the run around until finally I spoke with the manager over the new car department. His name was David F. and he lied as if he understood what I was going through and assured me that he would write me a check in the amount of 500.00 dollars to help, which wasn't 1/4 of my taxes. Weeks go by and he stopped returning my calls. After I found out my taxes weren't paid I begged them to take the car back but I was told I had passed my 3day return policy in which I knew nothing about. It is June 2, 2016 and I went to see if it was possible I could trade it in. I was told that I would have to pay the sales tax in order to do so and when I asked about the 500 dollar check that Mr F. informed me I would receive he told me he said no such thing and that's not apart of my contract. I am more than furious with the dealership and hopefully I will find another who's willing to give me a trade in. This is not a place where I am ever willing to do business again.
