Wow, The accusations are astounding, as well as his assumptions! I did not tell him I took this vehicle in trade, I bought this vehicle from Gresham dodge on 2/2/for the purpose of wholesaling it and have the canceled check and the purchase order to prove it, which is exactly what I did. Obviously the complaintant has a difficult time paying attention to detail, as the consignment agreement from speeds towing auction clearly shows it was typed by speeds towing and not signed by me which is consistant with what I told him on the phone, which was that I did not choose how the car was represented at all, speeds made that decision and filled out that form, the vehicle did run and drive however, which is what that form states. the buyer bought a high mileage vehicle for over $back of wholesale book from a tow company auction on line without inspecting the vehicleIn reality his expectations were to high in my opinion

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I feel Mr. L[redacted] response is false in many ways. In no time during our conversation was I rude about my comments. I did state that I felt he misrepresented the condition of the vehicle to which he informed me that it was my problem. He laughed at me multiple times on the phone and told me “it’s your problem, not mine” before hanging up on me. He also stated that he took the vehicle in on trade- and “had no problems”, which was an outright lie. This vehicle was purchased from Braser’s auto auction, and was not a trade-in as he stated.
There are three categories for vehicles to be listed under – does not drive, drives with problems and runs and drives. Mr. L[redacted] himself listed the vehicle as “runs and drives” as evidenced by the paperwork he attached to his response. This vehicle had cam on piston contact resulting in severe damage, the timing chain had slipped the guard meaning there was an audible “click click” when driving the vehicle, has a broken sunshield which required a transmission rebuild and constantly stalled when it came to a stop after being warmed up. This has required thousands of dollars in repairs to the vehicle in order to have it even remotely operational.
Mr. L[redacted] representation of his response to me is a falsehood as well. In my opinion, his behavior to his customers is rude and I feel he operates in a very unprofessional manner. I stand by my assertion that I believe he purposely misrepresented the condition of the vehicle. I would like to be reimbursed for all expenses (repair as well as purchase price), if that is met I will gladly remove my complaint – as at that time I will feel as if he was operating in good faith.
 Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Mr. L[redacted] continues to refuse to make right a vehicle which was not represented correctly. It is very apparent he has no intention of doing anything to resolve this issue so I will be leaving this complaint open with the Revdex.com. He has outright lied in regards to his reaction to me on the phone and his refusal to take responsibility for the vehicle which was misrepresented.
Sincerely,[redacted]

I received the letter from you this week due to the fact it was mailed to my old address that I changed approximately 2 years ago. My dealership address is on the paperwork I am sending to you and has been available on line through DMV since I moved and changed my dealers license at that time. I...

consigned this vehicle to speeds towing public auction to be sold at their non "running and runs and drives" sale. this is determined by the auction not the seller, their decision is quite simple if the car doesn't run or is incapable of moving on its own, they sell it as a non runner, if it "runs and drives" they put drivers in them and the cars are driven "across the block" in front of the auctioneer and sold to then highest bidder if the bid meets the reserve price listed by the seller unless it is listed by the seller as a "no reserve" vehicle. In this case my vehicle had a reserve. I do know that my vehicle did run and drive because I'm the person who drove it to the auction, In in fact I towed my jeep there with it so that I had a vehicle to get back to my office with. The vehicle was not misrepresented and did cross the block admitted to me by the buyer when he called and chewed me out in a lengthy conversation on the phone, he said that he had bought it online and he saw it cross the block, I asked him where it was now and he replied in Molalla Oregon, I asked him how it got there and he answered "I drove it there", at that point, I told him I knew it ran and drove and that I had towed my jeep to the auction yard with it so that I had a ride back to my office with it. He refused to listen and continued his rude attack on me so I told him I was not going to argue with him and hung up. as the paperwork shows he bought a 194,374 mile car that he didn't physically see or touch and signed a as is no warranty buyers guide in a tow yard auction for hundreds of dollars back of wholesale value and you reduce my Revdex.com rating for not answering you letter that I didn't receive due to being sent to the correct address when its in the DMV website and on the paperwork from the auction he bought the car at. The fact is he didn't buy the car from me at all, he bought it at speeds super tow public auction, wrote a check to them. they in turn wrote one to me. Speeds nor I have violated any ethic's or made any misrepresentation in any way!
