They know that I have been requesting the information from the retirement plan for many weeks and finally only got it last week, and had prepared their orders within a day of receiving the information from the Plan. They also know that during this time my mother died and I had to arranged and attend an out of town funeral and attend to other related family matters. Making a complaint to Revdex.com had nothing to do with the timing of getting the orders prepared.*** ***

I have kept the parties informed that Xcel was not providing to me upon my request weeks ago  that the qdro guidance that was needed for me to finish their QDROs.  This did not delay them submitting their separation agreement to the Court.  I was on vacation for a week and unavailable...

last week.  As soon as I returned I got back onto Xcel to chase up the guidance material.  I received it on Tuesday and drafted the QDROs on Wed.  I still have a question about one of the QDROs and have a request into Xcel about it, sending both and email and leaving a VM yesterday.  I do not want to give them a QDRO that will be rejected by the Plan Administrator, which will cause further delays.   They should be finished today or tomorrow assuming I get a response back.  My policy is not to prepare QDROs until I have been paid for them.  I have not delayed preparing them even though the parties owe part of the money for the preparation.

I am rejecting this response because: it took me filing a complaint with the Revdex.com to get a response and the documents. I still have no idea if the billing was correct. I have never seen a detailed invoice.
