Steve Mingle's Vinyl Siding and Gutters

We had new gutters added to our home by Mingle Siding. His crew put them up in one day and did not leave any trash or materials. Very pleased!

Complaint[redacted] placed gutters and downspouts on my home of Oct 0f 2013. The water does not go out the downspouts, it runs over the gutter in about the center of my home. As a result the gutter is now bent and the water has formed a hole and will be running under my home. I have contacted mingle many times to fix this, he has promised to fix it several times and never shows up. He is also avoiding my phone calls. He was paid cash the day of installing these. I am also sure he is not reporting this type of income, he asked to be paid cash. I am a senior citizen with health issues, I can not have moisture under my home it may cause mold or mildew. After waiting this long for him to fix this problem, I feel like as an older woman I was taken advantage of, basically scammed. He took my money and walked away, he might just as well have stolen it. As a senior citizen and alone how can we trust people to do as they say? I feel like such a fool for trusting him, but what can we do. I don't have a home address for him except [redacted] Tn. I really need help with this, please.Desired SettlementEither what I have fixed properly, I don't know after the rain from this last storm was so much it actually bent the gutter running over the side, or reimberrsed, so I can have it done properly. I marked no health issue at this time, but it could change if I get water or moisture under my home. e
