***, the technician for Steve Mull Plumbing came to my home this morning to repair a water main break under my house He was very efficient and professionalVery reasonably priced I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I scheduled an appointment for today between 12 and 2 pm. I took off work to meet the plummer who did not show or call. I called at 2:15 to see status. The young woman stated "ohhhh, you aren't in our area, so there will be an additional charge to come to you" I asked why they hadn't arrived already and why this was not explained prior to the appointment to which she callously replied...hmmmm, well I didn't know????? Now it is Friday afternoon and because I relied on them, my plumbing issue cannot be resolved until Monday. THANKS FOR NOTHING STEVE MULL. My advice - STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
Made an appointment a week in advance to come no one shows up so I call them and they told me that they have had some other customer things happen will be out sometime. Totally unprofessional since I made the appointment a week in advance and had to sit there and wait on them plus I had to call them to find out what was going on after verifying throughout the week that they were going to come out on the day planned she even said I was going to be the first stop. I hate to give someone a bad review but I think anyone else would be upset about it the plumber himself was very nice. I had told them I needed toilet reset shower fixtures redone and water heater replaced he came out not even realizing he was supposed to do anything else but the shower they didn't tell him but luckily he jumped right in and got it done. I had to waste a whole day sitting there waiting for someone to show up. I will never use these people again sorry!
