Revdex.com -Mid-Atlantic Region Re: ID #: [redacted] Dear Sir/Madam, I have a huge file of photos and all correspondence between everyone involved if you would like to see them or they would be of assistance to youAs Mr.Ostien just stated, his own people- [redacted] from [redacted] (from whom we purchased the cabinets and their designer [redacted] ? laid out) sees “adjustment issues”.? ***, the counter top fabricator and installer, sees the problems regarding "the gap behind the range and...drawer alignment".? So why has M.r Ostien not returned in all these months to make any adjustments, fix the gap behind the range, or do the alignments, which his own people advised him of? Also, there are many other problems Mr.Ostien has been advised of all along though multiple phone calls, e mails, regular and certified mailNothing has been “addressed”.? We don't know why we should hire a“third Party”.? We signed a contract with Steve Ostien Carpentry and no one elseHe held himself out as an expert kitchen remodeler, carpenter and contractorThere is nothing to meet aboutThere is nothing for him to address, except his actions--finish the job, fix his work, and perform his contractual obligations We have made every effort to resolve this amicably and give MrOstien a chance to correct his work and finish our kitchenHe is going to give us no choice but to hire “a third party” to do his job (which we already paid for), and we will hold Mr.Ostien accountable for that cost As far as any outstanding invoice, he can't be serious! The performance/completion of our kitchen/his part of the contract is outstanding! He never ever came back and walked through this job with us! He abandoned our job and failed to supervise itIn fact,he owes money for all the work we paid him to do which he has not done, has done unprofessionally, incorrectly and completely inadequatelyHe left our kitchen unfinished and has not returned to deal with one single problem This is just another attempt by Steve Ostien Carpentry to deny, deflect, delay, evade and avoid dealing with the real issues, correcting his mistakes, finishing the job, and honoring his warrantyWe have been lied to, delayed, misled, aggravated, and caused to lose time from work by Steve Ostien Respectfully yours, [redacted] and [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

I have enclosed two separate evalutations, one from *** *** at *** *** and one from *** *** at *** *** *** ***I have also enclosed pictures of the finished kitchen (please note the levels placed on counter and cabinets)I have also enclosed the invoice that shows an
outstanding balance of $1,811.50Please carefully read the evaluation of enclosed replies from *** *** and *** ***In Bill's conclusion he states "I saw a well installed beautiful kitchen with some adjustment issues.” *** states “after examining the cabinets and counter top installation at the *** residence, the main concern for discussion is how to address the gap behind the stove and minor drawer alignmentsI found cabinets to be level and properly aligned.”I am willing to meet and address their concerns, but there must be a third party present at the meeting.Thank you, Steve Ostien
