First of all This gentlemen never bought anything from us, that is why he has no receipt no box and no ring that he claims he bought, He came in and used another girls name that and the should have never given this person information about her purchase, no one can get information about another person's purchase Also this girl has never called , came in or said a word to us As far as we are concerned he did not buy any item from us As far as absorbing another stores inventory, it was our store and all the same manufacturer right here in New Jersey The Revdex.com is welcome to walk in here anytime an look at every stamp n our rings to see they re all the same This person has been putitng up reviews on every site he could find, but also putting up double reviews using an alias name which is FRAUD also We made no accusation of what happened, but he says it never out f his sight, yet he told us he sent his father to go pick up his ring and bring it o us If we were to assume or make an assumption after all f this information, we think it is possible that he lost his ring and went an purchased a silver ring and never told the girl who he says bought it for him and tried to slip it passed the salesperson , but we look inside every ring brought in or we sell to confirm ts make up We Stand behind all of our items we sold We are speaking to investigators to see what they figure out Kindest regards

A gentlemen walked into our establishment to have ring refinished , the girl asked him if he bought it here, and he replied yes we asked if he had a receipt for the ring, he said no and had no box, He then proceeded to tell the her that his son purchased the
ring, she tried to look it up and he did not, then he gave us a girl's name and we did find a purchase she made in early April. A different ring, in a different finger size, and a different was purchased by the girlThe gentlemen then called his son to come over and he came in screaming "this is the ring I purchased" before he even examined the ring which he did not. He said he does not wear the ring because he does not want to scratch the Guitars he works on , so he leaves it off almost always, and on his honeymoon he left it in their room The ring he brought in looked very worn and old, so the saleswoman looked inside and said this ring is silver and made in Thailand (which is stamped inside) And is a different finger size then his girlfriend purchased from usAll of our bands have the same manufacturer's stamp inside, and made here in New JerseyWe did not sell the ring that he brought back to usWe can not answer what transpired with that ring when in their possessionWe have never in all our years had a complaint like thisIf it had our stamp inside instead of Thailand and was the right dimensions and finger size we could have looked further. Kindest Regards

We can not accept the fact that the ring he brought in was purchased from here, not saying another ring was not and can we see a posted copy of reciepts and how she paid ?? regards And the online complaints which were posted multiple times were done by him , that we know, and *** can back that up

I am rejecting this response because:Once again the business owner is making wild accusations. He keeps referring to my wife as "some girl," when I have stated my wife had bought the ring. As they know, we went to the store together to buy the ring and she purchased it with her card. She has not gone back to the business because when I was in there last, they had threatened to call the police on me. And until this most recent response from the business owner, we were under the impression that they would not be willing to discuss this matter further. Me and my wife are willing to come to the store with her ID, credit card, both copies of receipts (which we have attached), the brown ring box with red stitching that their store carries and the ring if that is what he would like. We just find it concerning that he is only now concerned about my wife (the purchaser)'s knowledge of what is going on. Don't you think that someone who is concerned about their customers would have contacted my wife to let her know that they feel someone is using her name fraudulently? Because they haven't done that at all. To address that matter of me reviewing the business on multiple sites, I have posted my customer service experience on sites that are designed for that specific purpose. All reviews were posted under my name, I have no idea what "alias names" the business owner is referring to. My reviews were shared by friends and family members who are supporting us. It is not fraud or slander to post a customer service review in a forum that allows you to. However, it is slander to make wild accusations about what the business owner speculates I did with my ring and how my wife and family communicate with each other. The business owner is free to allow his "private investigator" to contact us and our lawyer with any further questions, we have nothing to hide. We are willing to come into the store with the documentation mentioned above with our lawyer, since the business owner seems to think we do not possess these things, when we actually do.

I am rejecting this response because:The response from the business owner was not accurate to what actually transpired. Prior to my Father coming in that day to have the ring cleaned , not refinished, I had called and talked with the exact sales woman who sold me the ring. I explained to her who I was and that I wanted to know if they provided a free cleaning service for rings purchased from their store. I asked if it was okay for my father to come in with the ring, as I had to work, and asked if she needed any other information prior to him coming in. She responded that this would be perfectly fine and did not request that he bring anything other than the ring in. So my father came in with the ring and spoke with the same sales lady I spoke with on the phone. My father asked to get the ring cleaned and inquired about why the finish of the ring was tarnished after only having worn it for 3 weeks. The lady tried to look up our purchase under my name, but it was made under my wife's name, which is why they didn't find it initially. Upon examining the ring, the sales lady went into the back to get the owner, Phil , who immediately accused me and my father of swapping out the ring. My father called me immediately and I came down to the store to sort out what was going on. The first thing I did when I got there was reason with Phil  and explained I did purchase the ring from his store. He did not seem to want to hear what I had to say and rather wrote the entire thing off as me and my father trying to swindle him that was not the case at all. I had no intention of getting my money back when entering the store other than to get my ring cleaned. When verifying what transaction they had in their system under my wife's name, they claimed that because the ring brought in was different than what they recorded in their system, somehow the blame is thrown onto me and my family and they are not taking into account that the ring could have been mis-tagged. At the time of purchase it was stated to us that this store had absorbed merchandise from another store, so the probability of something being mis-tagged during the merger was never a thought for them. My main issue is that they are speculating and making false claims about when I wear my ring. Since the date of purchase this ring has been in me, my wife and parents possession. To assume someone had swapped it out is absurd. The only time on my honeymoon it was out of my hands, it was in a locked safe and not once did the claim "I take my ring off at work" was ever said by me. I had only been back at work for three days after my honeymoon, so that is a bold assumption for them to make. In short, the end goal was not to get money out of this interaction but to get my ring cleaned and find out why what I thought was a 14K gold ring was tarnishing so fast. For the business to immediately throw accusations where there need not be is very disappointing. At this point I only want what I thought I purchased from them, which is a 14k gold ring.
