I would like my $716.00 reimbursed that I paid to get my car. When this was never repaired under warranty. Steve Rogers said they could not repair because Ford did not give them the correct codes until recently. I called Ford they were not responsible for a dealer's bad services.

Repair was done at 121600 miles. Ford declined any participation.

The consumer informed Revdex.com that this matter was brought to the business' attention while the vehicle was still under warranty. They were unable to fix the radio properly until the consumer had a third-party look at it. The business' General Manager said that they could not repair the radio earlier because they did not have the correct codes from Ford. That should not be the consumer's problem. The consumer still expects the refund.

The warranty period for the particular repair was only for 36,000 miles. Ford declined any additional assistance.

The consumer is still dissatisfied with the business' response. The business has been unable to resolve the problem since the first time the vehicle was brought into the dealership. The vehicle only had 4967 miles on it. He has brought it back for the same problems multiple times.

The consumer has determined that the module resets when power is lost (such as when the battery is unhooked from it). The problem appears to go away, but returns after a number of months. The consumer believes the business has never fixed the root of the problem.

My Father bought a CMax from you and continuously had an issue where the radio would literally not turn off in the car and drain the battery. You literally could not turn the power off on the unit. It was taken in 7 times while under warranty and they never could fix it for more than a week. They kept reprogramming it instead of replacing the radio control module. Until it was out of warranty on the 8th time it was brought in they finally replaced the obviously bad component that had been bad since the beginning. Except now they want $750 because it is out of warranty. They did 7 repairs that never worked and waited till it was out of warranty to finally fix the problem.

They are either incompetent or intentionally negligent, do not buy here.

Over $250K spent here on cars in our family and they won't do the right thing.

Client purchased a pre-owned 2019 f250 which only had 1 key. We have paid for 2 additional keys already that Clients SERVING dealer says do not work. We have done what we can. Not all pre-owned vehicles have multiple keys. Mr. is incorrect in that we have called him back and spoken to him many times about this. We have done Exactly what we committed to doing in his purchase.

So I go and buy a vehicle from Steve Rodgers, they did not tell me that my truck had only one key!!! That's a lie!!! Yes I have tried many times to get a hold of GM of Steve Rodgers Ford, but either they don't answer, or transfer me to voicemail, but I never get a return call...Why would I lie I have nothing to gain, besides I need my vehicle that's only vehicle I have!!! So they said they sent me 2 keys, then why aren't they working? They aren't being truthful... I DON'T LIE!!! We know who's lying... You have to ask yourself why would I lie. Please just fix my truck, that all I ask...

GREAT family owned and operated business! Treat you like family from the moment you walk in the door! The sales staff is excellent they are not pushy and helped me get into a vehicle with the options I wanted and also in my budget! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great new or used vehicle
