I went to take my truck to have new wheels put on my truck. I first went to their West Nanticoke Location where after a half hour of waiting I was told there was a mix up and their "tire guy" had an appointment to go to. I wasn't upset at all but decided to go to their Dallas, PA location. After they called me back to inform me of lug nuts and such that I needed, I returned to their auto store to pick up my truck since they told me they couldn't do it that night. I walked in while on the phone with a male friend of mine in the hopes that the man at the auto store could inform him of everything I needed to buy from A&A auto first. I don't know much about vehicles. Well the man at the counter was Extremely RUDE! He then informed me that what I need is a new truck, instead of just explaining to my friend on the phone or even to myself what was needed. I was nothing but polite to this man and his sarcastic remarks were not necessary at all! I told him I just don't understand the parts that I need and he told me to take it up with A&A since he had called them. There was no reason he couldn't just be polite and patient with me to help me better understand. I will NEVER do buisiness here again!
