DO NOT LET THIS INSPECTOR IN YOUR HOME! He caused several major leaks (under sinks) which resulted in minor flooding, an electrical issue and a resulting alarm system malfunction, and left several windows unlocked in our homeMoved furniture and did not put it back in placeOur inspection report actually showed only very very minor items to fix so I cannot comment on his ability to be thorough but having him in your home is a disasterAbsolutely unbelievableI would never use or recommend this service to anyone

*** *** Property Inspections was hired to do the home inspection on the home I purchased in January With the exception of a few minor repairs, the hired inspector gave the house an overall great review Since closing on my house on Feb18, I have experienced an overwhelming number of problems Upon taking possession of the house all appliance were not functional, though they all passed inspection A major pre-existing plumbing issue occurred on March causing a flood in the downstairs resulting in sqft of hardwood floors and subfloors having to be replaced The upstairs HVAC system is also non-operational Having closed on Feb- I have not stayed in my new home a total of weeks I find it hard to understand how an inspection company could over look or turn their cheek to so much Avoid this company

I was there, and their inspection wasn't comprehensive
He didn't inspect the roof and didn't even have a ladder to inspect the attic!!
He never reported any problem with AC , but later after closing and moving into the house, I found out that the AC unit was not working properlyIt works for like day and stops working for days
I called *** *** Heating And Air Conditioning" and they told me that the unit is grossly messed up and requires hefty repairsThey were surprised that the inspector didn't even notice that
I also found out that fridge was leaking and the inspector again failed to bring this to my attention
Conclusion: This business is incompetent

[redacted] was the inspector.
I was there, and their inspection wasn't comprehensive.
He didn't inspect the roof and didn't even have a ladder to inspect the attic!!
He never reported any problem with AC , but later after the closing and moving into the house, I found out that the AC unit was not working properly. It works for like 1 day and stops working for 2 days.
I called [redacted] Heating And Air Conditioning" and they told me that the condenser is dirty and the evaporator is leaking. They were surprised that the inspector didn't even notice that. Now, I am required to pay $6000 to replace the AC.

I also found out that fridge was leaking and the inspector again failed to bring this to my attention.

Conclusion: This business is total failure.
