foreign country. Ms. [redacted] had complained about the block not being lifted when she checked out. I contacted the staff at the resort and instructed them to lift the block. The staff responded they needed the telephone number of the bank which issued this card for Ms. [redacted] I called Ms. [redacted] in this regard and left a message. She returned my call within 30+/- minutes. I explained who I was and why I was calling. Ms. [redacted] responded with the toll-free number listed on the credit card. I advised it was the telephone number for her bank I needed, not the credit card company. Ms. [redacted] replied "[redacted]." I told her I was trying to assist her with having the block lifted as soon as possible but I was not going to "[redacted] the telephone number for her bank; I needed her cooperation. At that point, Ms. [redacted] became very agitated, sarcastic, belligerent and insulting. I stridently responded that I would not tolerate her incivility and lack of cooperation while trying to solve her problem. Her belligerence and sarcasm continued. Seeing that nothing was going to be accomplished, that Ms. [redacted] was unwilling to assist with the resolution of her problem, and being unwilling to listen to anymore of her nonsense, I ended the call by hanging up.
Land'or International has mailed both a copy of her contract as well as billing and payment history to Ms. [redacted]. We have not charged a fee of any amount to provide this service. The Richmond Revdex.com should be aware that Ms. [redacted] has also filed a complaint with the Virginia Attorney General's Office as well as engaged private legal counsel, resulting in much confusion and wasted time in attempting to resolve what is a minor clerical request.

The so called letter was done after the credit file was pulled not before.I said I did not want to continue the business agreement and was told that they only need my information for their files but they lied about it.Many other people have the same experience . They are a fraudulent company .
