I contacted Ms [redacted] to assist with having a temporary block lifted from a credit card used while at one of our resortsMs [redacted] checked out of the resort on July A credit card on file for holdover charges generally is blocked for $ [redacted] for up to ten days, as this particular resort is in a foreign countryMs [redacted] had complained about the block not being lifted when she checked outI contacted the staff at the resort and instructed them to lift the blockThe staff responded they needed the telephone number of the bank which issued this card for Ms [redacted] I called Ms [redacted] in this regard and left a messageShe returned my call within 30+/- minutesI explained who I was and why I was callingMs [redacted] responded with the toll-free number listed on the credit cardI advised it was the telephone number for her bank I needed, not the credit card companyMs [redacted] replied " [redacted] **." I told her I was trying to assist her with having the block lifted as soon as possible but I was not going to " [redacted] the telephone number for her bank; I needed her cooperationAt that point, Ms [redacted] became very agitated, sarcastic, belligerent and insultingI stridently responded that I would not tolerate her incivility and lack of cooperation while trying to solve her problemHer belligerence and sarcasm continuedSeeing that nothing was going to be accomplished, that Ms [redacted] was unwilling to assist with the resolution of her problem, and being unwilling to listen to anymore of her nonsense, I ended the call by hanging up
