I am rejecting this response because: after my vehicle was finally transported to Waxahachie at my expense and sent to another garage, the new mechanic inventoried the vehicle for the parts that were supposed to be placed in the vehicle by *** ***It was found to have been missing $worth of parts that were apparently stolen by *** ***The fuel filter that was supposedly replaced (and that I paid for) was not even in the vehicleNot only is that part gone, the housing that holds the fuel filter is gone tooThey were removed and have disappeared along with thousands of dollars of other partsI can get a detailed list from the new mechanic if neededTherefore, I reject the response from the business and have filed a criminal complaint against them for theftI request to have all of my expenses reimbursed so this matter can be closed.

Mr*** is a repeat customer and brought his F7.3L diesel pickup truck In to ourshop for repairsHe was told by Mr*** that the injectors would need to be removed andtestedMr*** said to go ahead and test the injectors and service the transmission.All eight (8)
Injectors were returned to us with the statement "all injectors failed Internalpressure test." Mr*** was told all eight (8) injectors needed to be replacedMr***said no and to just put the injectors back in his motorWe resealed and put new 0-rings on theInjectors and Installed the injectorsWe then completed the transmission service.Mr*** was charged hours labor to remove and replace the injectorsHe was charged$to test eight (8} Injectors and $to reseal and replace the 0-rlngs on the injectors.Finally, he was charged hour plus parts to service his transmissionAll repairs werecompleted per Mr***'s verbal approval and Mr*** paid' his bill.In response to Mrs***'s statement that the office manager "was very rude and did notrespond to my husband's concerns;" Mr*** was told that he had approved the testing ofthe injectors and the office manager was actually quite reserved after the extremelyinappropriate language Mr*** was heard using towards him

months but during that time customer was making up their mind if they wanted the work done or notOur work load increased during this delay and customer was told we would do our best to fit his work in between other workCustomer was notified of fuel filter assembly being replace (not a fuel filter)I gave customer an amount that did not include testing the injectorsWhen customer arrived he was told of the error and that we did not charge him any labor for work that we performed on his vehicleCustomer was given injectors but customer's language was not productive so no further communication was deemed necessaryAll parts were placed in vehicle, we helped load customers vehicle on trailer and the account was satisfiedWe consider the account closed.
