Steve Weeks Concrete

I received an estimate for concrete work from Steve W and was in line for 2 months. One week after the expected job, I asked for an updated completion date. He then informed me that he had just accepted 3 large jobs and had no idea when he could complete my project; he suggested that I contact other concrete contractors. Since I had no signed contract and just the estimate, I had no alternative but to start all and is extremely disappointing for the professional that I thought he was.
