Steve Winger

Review: Steve Winger was hired to repair and tune an antique piano. During the repair several strings we damaged. Steve stated he would have to order the strings, return to finish the repair and tune the piano. His fee was far over his estimate. However, he was paid, in full and in cash. I was given a receipt. After several attempts on my part to have the repairs completed and the piano tuned, ONE YEAR has passed and Steve has yet to order the strings, complete the repairs and tune my piano. He has been paid, yet the job remains unfinished. Futhermore, my piano is in worse playing condition due to the amount of unusable keys.Desired Settlement: Steve Winger has had, at my reminders, every opportunity to complete the work as promised. I can not hire anyone else to repair and tune my piano when Steve has already received payment for it nor should I pay double. Steve has not completed the repairs or tuned my piano nor is he making any attempt when I contact him to complete the repairs and tune my piano. I expect a full refund, in cash, so I can hire a more professional piano repair person to complete the repairs and tune my instrument.
