Hello MariaI got an email from Revdex.com saying that my case was closed. I also saw a note from Sabine Grizzleys discount flooring saying...

that I was happy with the floor.First, Grizzleys did not finish the job. I asked Jeff G[redacted] to commit to re-installing my kitchen table floor plates, which were covered over by the carpet, and he refused. He told me he didn't want to hear about my little kitchen table problem anymore and he was done talking about it. He told me to go to [redacted] to have my kitchen table installed. I asked if he was going to pay their fee to install it and he became angry and told me again that he was done talking to me about the table. In the end, I installed the floor plates correctly. I am unhappy that Grizzleys didnt finish this job or make arrangements with a knowledgeable installer.I drove my fifth wheel to Casa Grande on Feb 11 from San Diego. A team installed the new linoleum on Feb 12th, as I had arranged with Charles. They were prompt and polite and the floor and trailer look great. I'm very happy with the linoleum.I am unhappy with three things: Jeff Grizzly's belligerent attitude, their failure to install the  kitchen table and no compensation for not completing the job and my drive time to and from Arizona.Thank you for your consideration,[redacted]
