This place as good as it looks, is terrible, I purchased cars from them , cars out of the five are defective, The service department is horribleI take my car with check engine light, The tear open the engine and leave it unattended for 25days, first they said it was for parts, after receiving the parts they took two week to fix the truck, when asked why its not being attended, I was told by the management that they are Union mechanics and they can not be questionedIn case of an MKT purchase, I was given a car with a broken tie rod, I had to make back and forth to the dealership 3times the same day to resolve, which wasn't .next day I was sent to Bolingbrook or some suburb to get my wheel alignment doneI was told that the equipment in Highland Park Ford Lincoln ,where I purchased this MKT never had calibrated for long timeSo don't buy [redacted] and don't buy it from Highland Park LincolnMatt [redacted] is sweet salesman , but the dealership is going to be a Nightmare if your vehicle gives little trouble Today I got a Navigator fixed at the dealership garage and by the time the driver came home , the check engine light poped up againTheir systems were all down , which is the case most of the time (some thing will be not working), I came back home with out getting my SUV fixed ,after waking up at 5:30am and lining up for a 7:00am appointment and checking inTwo hours after I check in my SUV they tell me that their system was down all the time .I wasted my time and effort from 5:30am to 10:(time I came back home)Over all from to my experience is not encouraging , I suggest not to buy [redacted] and depend on Highland park ford Lincoln .The employees are rude, terrible and undependable

As a senior I trusted MrMichael to roof my house based on his word and without a contract Roof I got was not what he agreed on, and I would advise against entering into any agreement with this company

Well where do I begin? I have now bought cars from this place and all have had to be traded in because of constant problems, I started having a good experience however as time went on and more and more problems kept arising I became more direct and let them know what I expected from them because there curirtosy tapered off you would think they could understand my frustrationThe customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.The maintenance area is apauling.The do not say hello when they see a customer if fact they yawn.Then they will let you stand there as if you want to be there in the first place.The salesmen have also gone downhill, that customer service is just as bad.After months and months of problems they simply don't want to deal with you anymore.I know this first hand I was so happy to get a car and never thought I would be going threw this nightmareI finally stood up for myself and this is enough between not getting my money back on a rental ( still waiting weeks later...) and my car already needs more maintainer I said what needs to be done.He indicated to me that I was rude and hung up on me.Now I have been very understanding having oil spilled down the back of my car to the tip of key being broken when car was picked up, no air conditioning when it was working fine when it was dropped off.Having car for a week than it needed to go back yet again...And here we are weeks later and I have no working vecihle .Save yourself the aggregation and go somewhere else
