Hi, Goodmorning yesterday I had the vehicle towed to have upper ball joint fixed the bill was $But before they worked on it when the guy un hooked from tow truck then I got in it to start it Behind my deceased daughter program on my dash There are lights behind it that come on if something is wrong this light happens to be the airbag light is on which never did this before also I myself when I was at his shop on the febI got in my vehicle that day there were no lights on I checked plus asked him was there any lights on before I did itNow we have to have this serviced as wellMy rental is adding up now as well to $at this time this is Ridiculous I just want the $and learned a lesson hereHer parents from North Providence wants to sue this shop but I told them we’re Not I just want the refund of $that’s it I’ll suffer the rest of the losses by fixing the vehicleThank you Sent from my iPhone Regards, [redacted]

In regards to Terms and Conditions of contractual agreement, the responsibilities of [redacted] to maintain warranty were not keptLine of the attached document states if any other than service professionals attempts torepair product than warranty will be null and voidSection of contract requires customer to properly maintain the equipment meaning it must be serviced which is not the same as repair, and that only Service Professionals or an independant"manufacturers" service rep maintenance the equipmentReinstatement of the warranty is not an option as company cannot guarantee/ warranty the work of another company/representativeIn regards to the third item a submit request for refund of $for work done in 2014, that has not been brought up until this point is without merit based upon no previous communication about refund

He did not have maintenance performed by us or an authorized Navien representative which as per the contract makes warranty null and void [redacted] submitted only one invoice which has also contributed to warranty's void as maintenance is required to happen yearly per the contract, customer has only had it maintenance once and invoice reflects service done as well, which is another contractual violation See highlighted areas on the attachments provided

The customer asked me to replace heater coreAfter replacing the part car was still having problems so I preplaced radiator/waterpump and thermostate under previos warrenty to resolve the problem.I then told him I was unable to figure out problem to take his car.and told him I didn't want the remaning balance.the car was dropped off on1/31/and not once was the car on lift to check front end for any other problems.I hope we can resolve this matterhe has always been a good customer and I have helped him many times in the pastthank you

There are current appointments set for this customer in order to resolve said issues with the performance of the air conditioning unitAll issues should be resolved by 9/7/when said appointment is scheduled forIn reference to the rebates, they are still available to the customerNormally we do this process, however the customer wanted to process the rebates on their ownWe are now taking this over in order to make sure all rebates get processed correctly and they get everything that is available to themBeing that this is still an ongoing situation, it is a bit challenging to provide an immediate resolutionI am confident in a matter of a week or so we will be able to resolve all above said issues

I did the job the customer wantedObviously there where other problems with the vehicle that I was unable to resolveI only did what customer wanted and then did more to try to fix the problem iam sorry that it came to thisWhen the vehicle left my shop there where no lights on dashAs customer stated!!
