[redacted] claiming he did/repaired my electrical problem when all he did was tell me I had a problem!!!! [redacted] When I went to confront him after he sent me past due bills that only stated "determined power loss in walls"!!! [redacted] After he did my "free quote", he ignored my calls as to what needed to be done and when to do it I spoke with [redacted] who clearly knew who I was even though we have never met (this was for rental property and tenants were present for "estimate") [redacted] He proceeded to claim a service he did not provideI had another company come out to fix my problem without a hole in my wall [redacted] said he would have to put holes all over the place to figure it out and the new company didn't have to make a single hole!!!! Mid South Adjustments is a barracuda! They have hounded with phone calls to pay more than our agreed amount; they reneged on their agreement with us, which was made through THEIR lawyer; they had their lawyer file a judgement on us without warning, and failed to stop the judgementAfter months of payment per their agreed amount, they had their lawyer file a writ of garnisment on my husband's payrollBecause of them we now hve to use all our very small savings (saved for emergency if an appliance or vehicle needed repairs) to pay garnishment Their employees have been rude, unwilling to work with us at allThey don't care about anything but making money and they don't care who they hurt int he process
These people refuse to work with anyone! I have always paid my accounts off with them in the pastI got sick and was unable to work and my payment arrangement was brokenI told them how much I could pay and they said that would not matter because I broke my arrangementThey said I could pay but that would not stop further actionThey sent me a letter stating they were not interested in pursuing any further arrangementsThey will follow this by filing suit against you and then will let you get on another payment plan when they have tacked on court fees and filing fees! This is insane when I do not refuse to pay! The refuse to work with anyone! Plus the reps are very rude! I don't think their concern is to collect money, bottom line they are out to really finish ruining the already struggling consumer! I am not blaming them for my bills but I do blame them for not willing to work with people that do want to pay but have fallen ill or experienced a life changing event!

This is concerning a hospital bill from Saline Memorial Hospital We are making payments on this bill every days I made Mid-South aware that my husband was unemployed but would continue to be making payments every days which I have done They chose to report to the credit bureau and damage my husband's credit I have been paying $per month on both of his hospital bills even though he has no income at this time Why am I bothering to even struggle to pay this debt when we get reported to the credit bureau I have paid out medical bills for years and never been reported not when I'm making monthly payments
I entered into a payment arrangement with them I made a few monthly payments before I got sick I missed one payment and called about days after the due date to make the payment I was told that the agreement was null and void and they didn't take the payment Several months ago I received a notice where they were suing me for the amount owed I did what I was told and called the law firm that handled the case They told me to contact Mid-South to reach a settlement, which I thought would be out of court I didn't realize that I still should have submitted an "answer" to the court I was told that a judgement could be granted, but I really didn't realize at that time that it stays with you forever You cannot erase it from your record It also stays on your credit report for years If I would have known that I would have paid the whole amount even if that meant putting another bill on hold I have paid $toward the balance of this account before the default judgementwas granted According a lawyer I had days to respond after the judgement was issued, but they didn't send the notice until days after the judgement was filed, so I didn't get that opportunity They can actually issue a Motion to Vacate, even with me agreeing to pay the balance due, but they will not do it Everyone would win in this situation, but they simply will not do it I honestly don't know how their people sleep at night It would be different if the person didn't want to pay their bill, but when someone is TRYING??? That's really sorry
