paid $for grandson to stay month had to cancel later that afternoon because of medical emergency On 4-12-16, @1:32PM, I ( [redacted] ) paid with my MASTERCARD credit card $for one month stay for my grandsonLater that afternoon had to cancel and was told to come in by 10:00am the following morning for refundThe person I talked to said I would be charged for dayLater that day a person called and said I needed to show documentation for the medical emergency and took it to the officeThe next day the manager called and said he was not giving me a refundAn year old woman with high blood pressure should not have to go through this stressHe said you will be given credit for future stayWhy would I need credit when I live in LakelandPlease help I am on fixed income

I was staying at this hotel on a long-term basisThe first room I was in, #*** (lakeside) had mold across the ceiling & walls of the vanity area due to improper climate control from (I imagine) a 1/2-inch space under the doorAll metal surfaces were rusty, including the HDMI connectors on the TVRoom #*** where they moved me so they could clean #*** was FILTHYFilthy floors which were neither swept nor mopped, the trash can was disgustingly dirty, soap sm and mildew in the shower, the toilet was nasty and had not been cleaned, a torn door gasket which made that room humid as wellConstant wifi connection problems which the hotel staff blamed on my NEW computer rather than their equipment/internet service, and they refused to allow me to move to a room connecting off a different router
