To Whom It May Concern, During the week of April 10- April 16, Mr [redacted] called me to notify me that his car had been damaged by the contractor painting the house I am building located at [redacted] I was surprised that the type of damage he described was even possible, unless he was parked in my drive way or my garage.Mr [redacted] ' property is located on [redacted] which is a significant distance away from my project Not only is the set back on my house feet from the street, but the street itself and a vacant lot are between my project and his house It is literally impossible for paint to fly that distance, much less damage and his property After going out there I looked for over spray and saw some paint within inches of the painted area, however,there was no paint beyond that Not on my front yard, the street or the vacant lot in between the two properties My agent's broker called Mr [redacted] on April 14th and requested for him to send pictures of the damages to him Mr [redacted] refused and told them that if they needed pictures they would have to go to his house and take them because he would notMy agent and her Broker meet with him on April 15, to try to see and photograph any evidence of damageAttached are the pictures my agent took of the alleged damagesThe tiny stains on their vehicle are beige and white, the only white paint we used was on the ceilings, the walls are painted blue/gray colorWe used no beige anywhere.Obviously, under any conditions over spray turns into a super fine mist and I have never had any problems with vehicles parked at job site (feet away)The claim is not due to my project.Also my broker offered for me and them to go to mediation to resolve the issue but they did not call back to schedule it
