A service contract cancellation takes to weeks and any dealership from time of cancellationIn this case it would have taken till May 3rd to get thisThe money comes from a insurance companyWe have received the service contract money but not the gap policyWe have gone ahead and sent out the check anyway

We took the vehicle to the customer for customer service. He said he did not want to drive to the dealership and asked if we could bring it by to look at it. We got him bought on this truck weeks before he came in to sign paper work. He had shopped other dealerships and no one else could get... him financed. The day he signed paper work he was walking around the lot driving and looking at other vehicles for almost four hours. We know nothing about him saying he was impaired? No one ever said anything about a free warranty. He was worried about the miles and was told the payment included a warranty. We understand people get buyers remorse, we all do when we are making big purchases. And the finance manager is still here and has been here for over a year. We are sorry about him not being happy with the truck but he had weeks to make the purchase and all he had to do was say no and he did not have to sign paper work. We did everything we could to please him with his purchase.

is satisfactory to meThey did give me my money back eventually but a day after they said they would and they are implying I lied when I never did I told them I could not prove I got child support because I never actually received any it was ordered by the court but never paidThey messed up and are attempting to blame me for there unhonest business tactics that didn't work for themThey were extreamly rude through the whole thing and not easy to work with but like I said they did give me my money back and took the car back

The customer could not provide us with proof of income to get the vehicle funded, and we returned her money the next day when she returned the vehicle
