We received the first message from [redacted] on Friday January 13th We returned her call the next week and let her know we needed to do some research because we weren’t finding any record of them cancelling their warrantyWe first went to Curt our finance manager and we were working with our warranty company to try and get it canceled as soon as possible for the customerWe had also talked to [redacted] and he was also on the contract for the service contract, we then had Curt email them a blank form and asked if they both could sign it and send over an odometer statement as wellOnce we received that back from the customer we quickly shipped it to our warranty company for a calculation so we could refund the customerWe received the cancelation quote on January 26th 2017; we cut the check to the customer the next day on January 27th 2017, and it was in the mail as of that dayWe refunded the customer before we had our money for customer satisfactionThe cancelation date was December 3rd When canceling our warranties we state it usually takes 6-weeks depending on the warranty companyWe handled this cancellation with the best of our abilities as we do all of our cancellations, and we apologize for any inconveniences that we have causedThe check cleared our bank account on February 2, 2017.Sincerely,? To whom it may Concern: We sell our older vehicles "AS IS", NO WARRANTY. We make sure the buyer is aware of this, buy having them sign a buyer beware form. We are sorry for the breakdown problem that *** *** accrued. We are willing to give *** *** a

*** *** and his girlfriend signed for car months ago, and the loan did not get approved in both namesWithin hours, they were notified that the loan needed to be rewrittenWe have proof of making numerous calls and texts to the consumersThey would not comply or come in, so we eventually
had to repossess the vehicleWe returned their trade in vehicle in better shape that the vehicle was in, when they traded it inMr*** *** threatened the repossessions companies’ driver, and threatened the drivers familyEverything is documented with local authoritiesMr*** *** is not allowed on our property anymore. We have proof of Mr*** not complying, and also all of the attempts to have Mr*** come in and resignWe gave him his car back in better condition than when he first traded his car inMr***s desired settlement was to get his car back, and this is what has happened

Mr. [redacted] threatened the repossessions companies’ driver, and threatened the drivers family. Everything is documented with local authorities. Mr. [redacted] is not allowed on our property anymore.  We have proof of Mr. [redacted] not complying, and also all of the attempts to have Mr. [redacted] come in and resign.
