Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I sent the picture of the invoice to show that it says ALL work is warrantied for years It does not have exclusions to anything Also when I first contacted them it had been before a year that the work was done I'm sorry he puts business on the back burner Regards, [redacted]
Good afternoon [redacted] ***, This is [redacted] *** I'm the office manager at Steve's PlasteringI'm writing today regarding a letter we received today through mailCustomer [redacted] [redacted] we did work for her back in 08/2014, she did contact office back in July 2015, we informed customer that we had other jobs lined up and would get to hers as soon as we couldWe then when out there in September and took care of the issue the only problem was our timing we did give customer a time of 9am-10am but we did not arrive till 11:00amAnd as far as her pool getting crack(s) that is not a warranty issue when it is due to the weatherAll pools with in time shift and crack due to ground movementsWe did however take care of the issue at no charge to the customerIf any other questions please feel free to contact me at *** [redacted] or [redacted] Thank You [redacted] ***
Hello we have not received any phone calls from Mr***, I did call Mr*** and left a message with our telephone numberI'm thinking he must of been dialing a different numberI'm hoping to hear back from customer so we can get this problem resolved as soon as possible. Hello *** I
responded to the complaint but forgot to mention that we never give a year warranty for tileWe only give one year warranty but we never received any calls and its been more than two years we are happy to help him fixed the problem we will even give him a discount but we will have to charge for our services as it has been more than a yearPlease feel free to call me at ***. I'm sorry I don't see a picture of the poolI see the invoiceAnd the invoice is dated on 08/so its been more than a year, pools do shift
