I am emailing in response to your letter dated November 18, in which you outline a complaint by one of our clients Your customer experience information is detailed very well and matches what our records indicate. On 11/14/was dispatched to her home for a standard clean &
check, or tune-up, on her gas boilerThere was also a note that the boiler went out over the weekend and she had to reset it. Prior to that visit there had been no service done on her equipment since 2007. The charge for a tuon the gas boiler would have been $140.00, however since he found the boiler needing replacement he only charged her a trip charge or diagnostic feeTypically we wave these fees if the client purchases their equipment form us The client called our office and spoke to Angela on 11/15/16. While Angel took really thorough notes about the complaint she forgot to have someone call the client. Once we received your correspondence we spoke to the client offering her a free visit to look over the system and give her a second opinion. When she declined that we issued her a full refund on her credit card. The refund of $was ran on 11/23/at 1:24pm ***, typically we will immediately refund any client's money for anything they feel they have paid for without receiving the intended value. Iron Fireman takes client satisfaction very seriously and all of our staff knows that they have certain allowable giveaways to make someone happy.
