AmazingWe broke down on a Sunday afternoonThe gas station attendant called Steve and he was willing to drive out to check out the issueHe was pleasant and knowledgeable, but understandably, mentioned given the day and where we broke down, we probably couldn't get a fix for a few daysHe continued to brainstorm, understanding I was stranded with my family of Finally, he found a business an hour away with the part, drove there to pick it up myself, got my car into the shop, and fixed itAll on a Sunday afternoonWhat he charged (which was extremely reasonable) seemed minuscule compared to what he did for usAmazing guy and an amazing shop

Tried to pad up his bill by charging for unnecessary troubleshooting on a fuel pump problemEnded up charging me over $for a short tow and a fuel filterVehicle broke down again with the same problem an hour's drive down the road and he refused to correct his bad repair work and left us stranded on the highwayAnother lodger at the motel we were forced to stay at reported a similar"bill padding" experience as wellDefinitely avoid this business

We were towed in by steve October off the interstate We were in a bad spot and he got there when he said he would He was very perfessional and friendly, he has very modern equipment He hauled us in on a rolloff as we had a bad oil leak Took us to his shop which is a very modern shop with most everything to help you to get your car back on road He has all of kinds of service available tires, engine, batterys etc
If I am in a bind again in that area I will be calling Steve And by the way this was all on Sunday and he had numerous other tows going on Thanks Steve
