We had AAA alarm install a new system around days agoThis has been the worst customer service situation we have ever experiencedThis installation included water sensorsThe technician was not able to get them working, so as it was a Friday, he told us someone would contact us first thing Monday morningNo one calledWe contacted them and they agreed to send a technician Monday December This technician told us he got the sensors workingFrom approximately 11:pm until around am, the sensor in one location set off the alarm for no reason several timesAs well as calling us they also called the person who would be looking after our house as of December and woke her upThis was not necessary as they had already spoken with us and she was not responsible for the house until December Because of the alarm going off with this particular sensor, we could not disarm or arm the systemIn other words the alarm system was not workingBoth my husband and I called and they said they would try to send someone out or try to fix it from their office, but could not guarantee itWe explained in at least phone calls that the alarm is not working and we are leaving on holiday the next morningEach person still insisted, they could not guarantee a fixToday finally my husband called and told them they would be responsible for whatever happened to our house while we were away, if they did not get the system fixedAbout minutes later it was fixed We have never experienced such terrible service with an alarm companyWe only changed because they had the water sensorsHad we known what poor service we would experience, we would have never changed companies and will certainly consider switching back to our original company

Screamingly ***I have had six alarms in four months because they cannot sort out a dog!
But their customer support makes technical support look brilliant!!
