I went in and had digital xray's taken and paid for those xrays. When I called today 08/14/2013 to request that the xray's be copied onto a CD they informed me it would be $15.00 fee, which I agreed to pay, but they stated I would have to wait to get my disk for 24 hours, and then they would let me know when it was ready. I explained that I would pay when I received the disk and not pay first and wait for them. They refused and stated they would only make a copy after I paid and then let me know when they get it done. I may be wrong, and I believe that I am intitaled to the product when I pay for it unless I am requesting it through the mail.
