Steven Dunbar handled a real estate sale closing for me and charged and took over 4 times the agreed fee with no notice or explanation. Originally the fee was quoted as $860, but he took in my absence $3500 at the closing on October 24, 2019.. He implied in a letter of November 15, 2019 that excess was punitive. As I am disabled and handicapped, he also picked on this to belittle me in his letter. He and his legal assistant wife are vipers of the worst type.
1) You did not send me an e-mail even though your letter says that you did. 2) The first letter that I got from you had a written response sent on the next day 2/18/20. You should have received it prior to sending out your pre canned letter of 2/24/20 3) I am not allowed to discuss an Attorney Client relationship in public unless the client has clearly, unequivocally and in writing authorized me to divulge all the facts and circumstances of his case. Such facts may be considered an "admission" by the client

I am rejecting this response because:
I am the client publicly making complaint. This Viper Business has lied. Emails were sent to this Viper demanding an accointing of the charges to which the Viper categorically refused in his slanderous letter of 11/15/2019. His charges against me have no proof as they are slanderous remarks fed him by another unethical viper attorney. His slanderous letter of 11/15/2019 are grounds for ethics complaint against this viper. Pay up viper.
