[redacted] pur***d this vehicle on 10/14/with 90,miles on itSince the time of pur***, we have not heard of any issues pertaining to this vehicleOn 11/19/2016, [redacted] contacted us at Michael's Motorcars to trade in this vehicle At that time, we explained to [redacted] *** that the vehicle was worth less than what she owed on her loanAfter further inspection, the CarFax states this car was in an accident on 7/16/months prior to her bringing the vehicle in for trade Please keep in mind that this car was pur***d over a year and a half ago and [redacted] has driven the car over 15,miles to dateWe are willing to help [redacted] repair the vehicle at a discounted labor rate, but unfortunately we no longer work with [redacted] Auto Finance for automotive leanding [redacted] was notified of this situation back in November At the time of pur***, Michael's Motorcars had explained to [redacted] that maintenance and repairs on this particular vehicle could be costly at timesAs explained above, we are always willing to help our customers and discount our labor rateAt the time of puchase the vehicle that was sold to [redacted] was maintained at [redacted] This car was very well maintained by the previous owner as per the Car Fax report We are not responsible for any used vehicle from that was sold over a year and a half ago Sincerely,Michael's Motorcars, Inc

We are aware of the current situation, we did repair the vehicle times, I have no problem letting them trade the vehicle in, there is some type of electrical short that our technician thought he had repaired, we will be happy to work with the customer to find another vehicle or make sure thids

I am writing to say that my complaint #[redacted] against Michael's Motors Cars Inc. located at [redacted], has been resolved.As of December 31, 2015 the company replaced the 2009 [redacted] involved in the dispute, with a 2011 [redacted]I wish to thank you for your input in resolving this issue. I also apologize for not responding sooner

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this needs further clarification to resolve.  When purchasing the car I had originally applied online for another make and model and had been in touch with past Sales Manager Alex F[redacted] for over three  years. After using EMPLOYMENT savings to buy Pontiac Sunfire from [redacted] advertiser and A 3 door sports car Saturn SC1 from [redacted] (which depleted my 401k), I returned to Alex's care in  trust and good faith.  I purchasd the car at Alex's guidance as it ran very smoothly and quietly.  Again the online financing was applied for another make and model. Ive run the car less than 7k miles a  year for a year and a half.  Warranty expired standardly and agreed in 90 days.  I have two years of engine, oil, new tires, tire allignment, tire rotation, which I'll be happy to bring in to Michael's Motor Repair.Battery maintenance reports diagnostics and car blueprint diagrams, showed no existing exacerbated conditions by my driving or possessing the vehicle.I was involved in a 5mile per hour incident accident whereas, both I and driver 2 reversed at [redacted] Neptune Township hwy 33 parking lot, which is small and has a lot of one way signs, the other car was 4x4 and she impacted my rear driversd door. My S40 did not leave one scratch on the car. I have the police diagram and narrative, which I can also bring/fax to Michael G[redacted]I had a NEW Volvo Battery installed by [redacted]. Volvo parts are quite costly and I have $250 re4ceipts for storage when Triple A couldnt jump my car5. Also can fax receipts.....My examination by [redacted] Retail Franchised denoted the engine sound issues I reported to Michael and Chris in November 2016.  April 14, 2017 some minor details prevailed  but nothing of the downward spiral and three tows, and 5 days storage fees ive encompassed in the last three weeks.Again, I reached out to Michael's Chris & Owner Michael G[redacted] about a trade in late October 2016 and they never ONCE offered to help me repair it which I would have PAID THEM FOR  so the car issues would not become WORSE.
