[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this needs further clarification to resolve When purchasing the car I had originally applied online for another make and model and had been in touch with past Sales Manager Alex F [redacted] for over three yearsAfter using EMPLOYMENT savings to buy Pontiac Sunfire from [redacted] advertiser and A door sports car Saturn SCfrom [redacted] (which depleted my 401k), I returned to Alex's care in trust and good faith I purchasd the car at Alex's guidance as it ran very smoothly and quietly Again the online financing was applied for another make and modelIve run the car less than 7k miles a year for a year and a half Warranty expired standardly and agreed in days I have two years of engine, oil, new tires, tire allignment, tire rotation, which I'll be happy to bring in to Michael's Motor Repair.Battery maintenance reports diagnostics and car blueprint diagrams, showed no existing exacerbated conditions by my driving or possessing the vehicle.I was involved in a 5mile per hour incident accident whereas, both I and driver reversed at [redacted] Neptune Township hwy parking lot, which is small and has a lot of one way signs, the other car was 4xand she impacted my rear driversd doorMy Sdid not leave one scratch on the carI have the police diagram and narrative, which I can also bring/fax to Michael G [redacted] I had a NEW Volvo Battery installed by [redacted] ***Volvo parts are quite costly and I have $re4ceipts for storage when Triple A couldnt jump my carAlso can fax receipts.....My examination by [redacted] Retail Franchised denoted the engine sound issues I reported to Michael and Chris in November April 14, some minor details prevailed but nothing of the downward spiral and three tows, and days storage fees ive encompassed in the last three weeks.Again, I reached out to Michael's Chris & Owner Michael G [redacted] about a trade in late October and they never ONCE offered to help me repair it which I would have PAID THEM FOR so the car issues would not become WORSE Regards, [redacted] ***
