receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com I have reviewed it and our Aspen Dental account with the Joplin, MO Aspen Dental Office Manager, *** and the treating dentist *** *** *** As you are aware the balance showing due on your account is a result of no insurance payment being made for the Onlay service provided on May 02, Part of that estimate included a $provider discount, which due to no payment being received, was not applied In reviewing this matter with *** a decision was made to give you credit for the provider discount even though your insurance did not remit payment Your account has been credited the $discount and the balance due is now $ Please contact *** at the dental office at *** (option 2) to discuss payment and moving forward with treatment.I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint I am available for any further questions at the below contact information

receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com.  I have reviewed it and our Aspen Dental account with the Joplin, MO Aspen Dental Office Manager, [redacted] and the treating dentist [redacted]  As you are aware the balance showing due on your account is a result of no insurance payment being made for the Onlay service provided on May 02, 2017.  Part of that estimate included a $306.10 provider discount, which due to no payment being received, was not applied.  In reviewing this matter with [redacted] a decision was made to give you credit for the provider discount even though your insurance did not remit payment.  Your account has been credited the $306.10 discount and the balance due is now $169.80.  Please contact [redacted] at the dental office at [redacted] (option 2) to discuss payment and moving forward with treatment.I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry.  A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint.  I am available for any further questions at the below contact information.

I have read countless online reviews regarding problems exactly like this. I wish we had read these reviews before choosing Aspen Dental.
