appropriate motion to quash service in Court. There are many legal Aid resources available, including CARPLS which has an office open everday for the public in the Lower level of the Daley Center. Its free.
[redacted] company continued to garnish my check after I had filed bankruptcy (Nov 2009) and after they were notified that I was in a bankruptcy (case (9BXXXXX). They garnished my check until May of the following year (XXXX). 6 months of being simultaneously garnished and paying the chapter 13. My attorney [redacted] and I have tried to contact them on several occasions and have not been able to make any progress. This is going on 4 years. Can they? Are they? Going to get away with this? Who sticks up for the little guy?
