The person responding to this complaint is a flatout liar Yes, I called him and he was just as rude to me over the phone as he was via email, so I responded in kind This is NOT a baseless accusation as he proceeded to insult me and bring my personal problems into the email, and continually harrassed me when I answered him back, making him a thin-skinned bully.He should learn how to treat potential clients with more respect, instead of acting immature and asinine when confronted about the way he answered me Maybe that is why he's doing this instead of using his law degree to make a difference in the world Or maybe he's just a failure there too.I have no reason to lie, and I have no time to deal with small minded people like him You can believe him all you like but I've provided proof and I do not accept this answer I'm done pursuing this, he is just a weak *** individual

This complaint is a baseless, retaliatory and malicious attempt at harassment by Ms***.Ms*** has knowingly and intentionally filed a false, fraudulent and grossly misleading complaint in order to deceive the Arizona Attorney General's Office (AZAG) and trick it into launching an
investigation for the sole purpose of harassing TriMark Legal Funding LLC.Ms*** omitted pertinent material facts and made multiple false, fraudulent and misleading stateme nts in her complaintShe then committed perjury when she swore those things were true and signed her name to it "under penalty of perjury"And unless I'm mistaken, she also committed the additional crime of mail fraud when she put a stamp on it and mailed it or sent it to you electronically.In my brief but extraordinarily unpleasa nt interaction with Ms.***, it immediately became obvious to me that she is an angry, vengeful, ill-tempered, deceptive, dishonest, manipulative, emotionally unstable and exceptionally foul-mouthed individual who derives a sense of power by yelling, swear ing and talking down to people and otherwise attempting to bully her way through life.That being said, in response to your question about what we are willing to do to resolve this complaint, the answer is "nothing" because as you will see, her complaint is based entirely on lies, omissions and misleading statements and we have done nothing wrongAnd to your suggestion that we resolve this matter directly with the consumer, that won't be happeningShe instructed us in writing to cease all communications with her and we are only too happy to oblige that request forever.I will include the entire email exchange between Ms*** and myself, plus notes from her phone call, so you can see her blatant lies,omissions and misleading statements for yourself.Background:Ms*** made initial contact with TriMark Legal Funding LLC on 10/24/when she completedand submitted an online application for a cash advance against her pending personal injury claim.On her application, she stated that her most serious injury was whiplash and that she had alreadyreceived funding from another company called ** *** (both highlighted below in yellow) .The combination of these specific factors in her particular case instantly disqualified Ms*** from receiving any additional funding and she was promptly informed of the denial via email. 'The reason for the denial of funding is simpleIt is a consumer protection protocol that all legal funding companies adhere to industry-wide in order to protect plaintiffsIn short,it acts as a fail-safe to prevent plaintiffs with low value cases from loading excessive debt obligation in the form of liens onto their case, something we refer to as "over-funding", and ending up with little or nothing after their case settlesI am unaware of even a single company in this industry that provides 2nd funding on whiplash cases.Unchecked, over-funding can occur when a large advance or multiple small advances are made on low value casesOver time with accrued fees, the payoff of all liens and attorney fees after settlement could conceivably amount to all or even more than the plaintiff would recover from their settlement .For this reason I informed Ms*** twice, in writing, that we were unable to provide a 2nd funding on her whiplash caseUndeterred, she called our office and, although I tried repeatedly on the phone to explain this to Ms***, she had no interest in listening to or understanding what was being said.Her only interest was in shouting profanities, expletive-filled verbal abuse and threats into the phone and the longer it went on, the louder, more offensive and more verbally abusive she becameHer language eventually became so vile and filth-ridden that Iwas forced to terminate the call
